HASSLE-FREE RETURNS & REFUNDS

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase if the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused and in its original packaging
- There are no signs of damage, tampering, or wear
- You provide the original receipt or proof of purchase
If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
2. Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Used or opened lip, lash, and brow products
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, contact us at hey@amare.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with further instructions.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email us at hey@amare.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund at no extra cost.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, first check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us at hey@amare.com for further assistance.
